Homeowners' Association
Recently the Tivoli Gates entrance was damaged (again), and the repair will not be minor. We have information which indicates that the repeated damage to this gate is by a resident of Tivoli Gates, but we have no collaborating evidence. If anyone has information regarding damage to the gates, it would be appreciated. The damage is caused by one person, but the repair will cost all of us who pay gate fees. As a deterrent, we are going to install cameras at this gate so that we will have evidence of the perpetrator, but that is also an expense created by this one person. Please be alert to the traffic in your neighborhood to help us in curtailing unnecessary expenses of this nature. (posted May 14, 2009) |
